I recommend no one eat here out of any location I asked the older guy a question using the app and he just shrugged, making me pay more when I could have gotten a discounted price for the same sandwich. At checkout I directly ask him to add this footlong order to my account to get a free one as well. I even scanned it but you could see him click off the account and I never got the purchase added or a receipt.

I took 2 stars away because the woman with blonde hair is no help at all. And she doesn't make good sandwiches. The woman with the brown hair makes the best sandwiches. I wanted to order my 6.99 footlong but I knew I had to use the app. And for whatever reason I won't let me just order the sandwich. And I couldn't even change what I wanted on it. I'll continue to try and figure out this app but I won't be going in when she is there and if she us there she won't be making my sandwich. If you work at an establishment with an app you should be able to navigate to help others when they ask for it. While i sat there trying to order i was just upset and frustrated. So, i ordered a chow mein and chicken mushroom bowl from PANDA for Free!! Buyer beware!

I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway, thanks to Mina! As soon as I walked into the restaurant, she greeted me with a big, warm smile and such a friendly attitude. We even had a nice little conversation about how busy Mondays can be, which made the visit feel personal and welcoming. Mina was incredibly polite, patient, and professional the entire time. She made my sandwich quickly and neatly while still taking the time to ask if I wanted anything else added. You could tell she cared about making sure everything was just right. Obscene amount of sauce, I ordered through the app and specifically asked for less sauce on all the sauces I ordered to have a semi dry sandwich (since I know Subway always goes hefty with their sauce). Bread was soaking and subway wrap was incredibly dirty. It was a mess just opening it. Very disappointing because I was looking forward to my sandwich.

Who ever was working tonight at 730pm on nov. 26th needs to be fired
