Menu lists coke products was told only Pepsi in Subway and Coke products in gas station area. Ordered and asked for mustard and mayo. The sandwich was drowned in sauces. See pic.
So my husband an I will order online about once a month. The past 2 times our order has been wrong. There is a special space for special instructions. The employees NEVER READ this space. But besides that my orders isn't correct by receipt. When I go in to pick my order up, I have to go in the gas station side to get help because the employees can't be found. I've worked for Subway 8yrs, this is unexceptable.
Always rude out of ice wanted to know if I still wanted My drink would ot sub for the drink horrible customer service plus the owner will not take coupons!!
We are traveling and we were given a $50 gift card. They flat said you can't use it here, it will not work. The lady was RUDE! Don't give them any business whatsoever!
Ordered online and picked up in store. Was greeted as soon as I walked in, staff was friendly, and I was out the door in 30 seconds. The dining room was clean, the sandwiches were prepared according to my order
