Subway

Most unprofessional atmosphere. I ordered a sandwich online with extra different cheese and another meat. You can't add from the app so I put it in special comments. Rather than telling me in a nice way and asking if I wanted to pay for it and have it put on there at the counter she just stated she would not put it on there no matter what and that I had to do it in the app when that is not possible. She had an attitude about it the second I walked in to pick up my order. She said her name was Liz not sure if that was correct or not but the way the situation was handled was very unprofessional. *update* they now have personally text me talking crap and threatened to leak my phone number... pretty sure it's illegal to message someone's personal phone number for that reason then threaten to l

Picked up an online order only to find one of my 2 sandwiches lacking toppings. Very disappointed in the quality of product served to me. This is downright embarrassing for this franchise.

There's one lady there that knows how to make a sandwich, and she makes mine right everytime. As for the other ones it's like pulling teeth, Asked for a blt girl starts making a bmt, i understand the confusion there. Asked if I want it toasted. No thanks just the bacon heated up in the oven not the microwave. Proceeds to put it in the microwave. So I just walked out. Throw the microwave away. I dont see microwaves in a lot of the subways anymore not sure why this one's still using one

one of the cleanest subways i’ve visited and all the food was fresh and well stored! Liz did an amazing job making my sandwich and was patient when i was ordering. she definitely deserves recognition and a raise!

Was on my lunch break, came inside there was one girl working. I was the third person in line, she was slow, someone probably should have came out and helped her. I ended up walking out because I missed enough of my lunch break waiting. I walked over to the gas station next door and my boyfriend and I both bought gas station subs instead. This subway went downhill sadly.
