Subway

Bought 1 and 1/2 subs with extra meat, lots of chips, half dozen cookies and a drink. When I got home the bread was so stale it was hard as a rock. I called to tell the girl to check the bread and she tried to say that’s what happens when you toast the subs. But my subs were NOT TOASTED so the bread should have been soft and fresh. You would think that she could have noticed the difference when it was in her hands! Very disappointed.😡

Made mobile order, had order for toasted subs, niether sub was toasted, i ordered(and paid for) avacado, it did not have avacado on it. Photos for proof are present

If I could give 0 star for common sense I would who puts on app if you don’t have everything readily available I made an offer and get a call sorry we don’t have anything available that you want turkey or steak. Omg are serious why then would you put the app up for orders. Now I have no food they have $26 of my money and I have no way to get it back. Thank you for wasting my time and energy.

The quality of the food has declined over the past couple of years. The bread has been stale the past few purchases. I inquired about the freshly baked bread , but it was still stale. Also, during my last 2 visits, I had to request that the staff change gloves before making my order after handling cash or the register. This should be standard practice. This location is conveniently located, but I will not purchase from this location again. The price of the sandwiches are too high not to have an enjoyable experience.

It's Subway, u get what u pay for!! ...maybe a little less! 😄
