Subway

Went in to redeem a free sandwich coupon. I was told I needed to do so by ordering with the app. I'm okay with that but when I mentioned to the worker that some of the options I like on my sandwich arent available on the app, so I asked the worker if I could order my sandwich on the app and customize the portions that aren't available, he said cant do that.. he has to follow exactly whats on the reciept. I understand policy but this wouldnt be me exploiting anything and it isnt a big ask to add something (that isnt normally an additional charge no less). I dont think I'll be coming back here again as the employee was unrelenting and also didn't seem like he wanted to be there. Not worth the time.

The quality of bacon could be BETTER but it's freshness is 6/10. Its clean and friendly service checked out. Better than the pho I had in miramesa where i didn't like what it looked like inside and my breath stinked

I used to love this place but lately the sandwiches have gone smaller in portions, if you ask for more veggies you get attitude. If you’re using a coupon be ready to get the skinniest sandwich ever. Same yourself a bad experience and go spend your money somewhere else

Unfortunately we were disappointed during our recent visit. This location was our favorite, but I believe the new minimum wage laws have negatively affected this shop. The shop was busy with only one person working. She was fulfilling online orders and trying to tend to the walk-in customers. She was very very busy. The bread was a bit on the stale side, the sandwiches were minimally filled, and the soda machine was out of many options. The price of one footlong, one six inch, three cookies and two drinks was $32. Subway used to be a favorite, but it is no longer an affordable option for the quantity/quality of the sandwiches being served.

Ordered online an hour before they closed, when we got there we were told they were closed early. When he was shown the receipt he said he didnt get an order and to call our bank. He would not give a refund or cancel order. Rude and not helpful. The place should just stay closed.
