Subway

I love going to Subway, but every now and then the lettuce has turned brown. Other than that it's great. The people are always very friendly and efficient.

Located on the main restaurant street (27th Street) this Subway does typically have better service and quality ingredients than the Monument Mall location. While during peak hours there can be a line to the door if you avoid those times you can get through with multiple sandwiches relatively quick. Nice chip selection usually and soda is good. Also they do have very tasty ice cream options you can have for dessert. Nice location and staff is usually pretty friendly. Seating is a bit limited but there is a section in the middle with higher chairs. Maintained pretty well. One of our more consistent places to eat in Scottsbluff.

Had some bad experiences here over the years, but with that being said the team they have at this location currently are great! Subways still pretty expensive but the customer service and quality from their current employees make it well worth it. Many nights I get off late and really just want a good sandwich not some cheap burger after a 12+ hour day, I feel bad sometimes rolling in 10 minutes before closing but they see the exhaustion on my face and they happily take my order reassuring me that they are happy to help me out after a long day working out in the field! Stellar team with great positive attitudes! Sincerely the Deluxe tuna with bacon guy! If you know you know haha!

They didn't put the ingredients on that I asked for. I also asked for vinegar and oil and I got a very dry sandwich

Doesn’t honor coupons that come in the mail in this area. As of a December 28th 2023 they were required to honor all coupons digital or physical. But it seems that there is no accountability and there is no way to get ahold of customer service and instead will be forced to talk to an AI assistant that is less than helpful. You could try to contact the local store and franchisee but will only be appeased once and then turned away. Sad to see a franchise go this way.
