Subway

We bought a platter for several people and they had it done on time. It was accurate, and the different orders were well marked. They didn't deliver, but but sure if this was since it was early morning.

I love Subway. I eat here once twice a week. Sandwiches are great, but they mess up my order probably every other week. I place a lot of online orders and with that they can directly see what I want on my sandwich and what I don’t want. Somehow it still gets messed up. They’ll put onions or peppers I didn’t even want on my sandwich, or they’ll forget the sauce or to toast it. I understand we’re all human and we make mistakes but for how consistent the mistakes happen I don’t know if they actually read the online orders.

Wanted to provide a shout out to the team here at Subway. They did a great job of serving an older gentleman who was struggling with ordering. They asked good questions and made sure that he got what he wanted. Everybody, even the other patrons in line, were very patient and kind. Great customer service today!

Every time I go to this Subway, they always mess up the order. I ordered through the app and they forgot to put bacon and avocado on my sandwich (which is about $4.00 extra). Honestly just very disappointed with the lack of awareness, it’s not hard to make a sandwich or follow directions.

They got some new people in there still learning but there’s one worker in there I’ve ran into a couple times who’s pretty outstanding. Always makes my order correctly or fixes something if there’s a mistake so props to him for going the extra mile every time. You really don’t see much of that in any restaurant or fast food places anymore. But none the less excellent subway
