Subway

This subway is always friendly, and their employees work so hard to provide great service. I walked in one night and it was pretty busy. The manager on duty mentioned they were suppose to be off in a few minutes but wouldnt leave the woman there alone to struggle, which spoke volumes of the kind of leadership any company would be so lucky to have. Thanks for the great food, great experience and for being the good this world needs.

The past few times I’ve been here the bread has been insufferably hard and dry, as if they are trying to avoid waste and not throwing out old bread when it is due to be discarded. They are going to have to do something different if they want to stay afloat with both Jimmy John’s and Jersey Mikes within walking distance of them now.

I placed my order 30 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the drive-thru, a female staff member opened the window without greeting me or asking what I needed. I told her I was picking up an online order, and she shut the window without a word, clearly annoyed. A male staff member came out and completed my order quickly—he was the only one who helped me. There were no other customers in store or behind me at drive-thrud. I still tipped him $2 (as always), but after years of being a loyal customer, I won’t be returning. One nasty employee was enough to ruin everything.

The associates provided excellent customer service, friendliness, and they were also very helpful. This is my favorite Subway location in the Siouxland area and that’s why I keep coming back time after time.

I bought a philly cheese steak from this store on 11/24/25. I brought it home and ate it, but it tasted funny. I figured it was just Me but later that night I started getting sick and today I'm really sick with nausea and vomiting. I called the store just to inform them their steak is no good and the lady that answered the phone said " I don't know how that's possible." I was a little offended because the sandwich tasted funny and I got sick. I just hope they take care of the steak before they serve it to someone else.
