I rarely go out of my way to write a negative review, but my recent experience at this Smithtown location was genuinely disappointing and, frankly, concerning. Quality of Food & Drink The meal was subpar from the very first sip. I ordered a soda, but it was so poorly calibrated that it tasted like 70% plain water. There was almost no syrup, making it completely flat and flavorless. When it came to the sandwich, the "Fresh Fit" promise was nowhere to be found. The vegetables were clearly not fresh—the lettuce was wilted and the overall quality of the toppings looked like they had been sitting out far too long. Got Veg sandwich. The patty tasted bad. To make it worse the bread and tomatoes in the sandwich was old too. Definitely not going there again.

What a wreck, you would think it's pretty much standard knowledge of making a subway sandwich but they are lost. I ordered a footlong flatbread, and I received a small sandwich rolled up with 4 extra inches of unused bread. The made the sandwich vertically...how does this even compute? I asked them why they were doing it this way and I was met with blank stares. I just took the sandwich and left because my frustration was so high and I had to get back to work. I will not come back here.

The costumer service was brilliant even though it was busy they left all costumer’s and including me very satisfied I highly recommend this spot

Service and staff is horrible. They don’t notify you if they don’t have what you ordered online until you get there. Most of the time they close Very early.
