One of my best subway locations for freshness of food and service

I'll be completely frank. I'm not sure if the employee is new or just doesn't fully understand what they're doing. The food is decent, but the ordering was absolutely annoying. I spent 5 minutes having to repeat myself because the employee just didn't understand, or I had to correct her. And eating inside all I heard for 20 minutes is the exact same issue. Customers have to repeat themselves numerous times for something as simple as no onion.

Hit or miss Subway, especially for pickup. Usually, it's good and well-made. But other times, they mark your pickup order as "ready" when they haven't even started making it. A few times they marked the order ready for pickup, but when I arrived 10 minutes later they hadn't made it and it took another 15-20 minutes to make it. These aren't large orders either, just a few subs for a family. This has happened multiple times with different workers, so it's apparently policy.

Subway app sent my order to the wrong location. Called this store to have them cancel it for me and they refused to do so.

i am a loyal subway customer but everytime i order from this location there is always something wrong. this is the 3rd time in a row they gave me a random bag of chips, not the ones i requested for. i always place order for pickup so it’s always sealed
