Subway

Ordered 3 subs, 2 had mistakes on them. All 3 were toasted When we unwrapped our food, I took a bite and it was still VERY cold. Then I noticed that it was toasted for such a short time that the cheese didn't even fully melt. After we got our food, both employees walked to the back room so I decided to just eat it. You guys have to get better at this....

We flew back into Myrtle Beach and decided to grab a quick dinner on the way home. It was late, so we placed an order for two subs through the Subway website at the location on Beaver Run Boulevard. When we arrived, the employees said the order never came through. They ended up calling their manager around 8:45 PM, who then called someone else, only to eventually tell us the order was never received. We asked to just reorder in-store and requested the online price (which was cheaper), but they refused, saying it was a “corporate thing” and they couldn’t honor it. We ended up waiting 15 minutes while they sorted out the confusion, and not once did anyone really apologize or offer to make things right. The whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. I got a 6-in turkey bacon. There were only two slices of turkey on it, the bread was so hard I could hardly bite into it. And the veggies were less than fresh. There may have been something wrong with the Baja sauce. It tasted very off. I ended up throwing it out after a couple of bites. Will not be back. I'm sure for $9 I could get a better half sub somewhere else.

Was here to pick up veggie sub. The man promptly changed his gloves before making us the sub. They even seem to have a separate topping counter for veggie subs. Will definitely come back!

one of the best Subway subs I've had in a long time! Everything tasted fresh, and my sandwich was made PERFECTLY!
