Beware that if you want waer, this Subway will charge you for a beverage. After I asked for water and saw the charge on my receipt, I returned to the counter and pointed out that they'd charged me for a beverage. The response: "Oh, we don't have water cups." What a lame explanation. While charging beverage price for water is non-standard at restaurants, I could live with the policy if they had simply informed me in advance and given me the opportunity to decline the water. Instead, no warning beforehand and no empathy afterwards. This is not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things, but I suspect this incident reflects the restaurant's overall concern about customer satisfaction.

This is the cleanest Subway in town. HOWEVER, waiting in the drive thru line for an advance in-app order for 18 minutes is ridiculous. For clarification I placed the order at 11:56am for pick up at 12:40, I got in line at 12:40 and didn’t get my meal until 12:58. My order was a foot long all American sub, 2cookies, one small Pepsi. It was almost handed to me correctly, but I had to ask for the right drink after being told I don’t have one. Moral of the story, DON’T go to this location if you’re on a time limit.

I ordered online for the 6.99$ foot long and half with my husband when I got home. I started eating it and jokingly said " is any meat even on here??" And opened it and sure enough like one or two pieces 😭 why so shisty!!!!

I've learned not to go through the drive-thru cuz usually one sandwich is always messed up like it was today. Ordered 2 footlongs I took My sandwich back because they didn't put pepperoni or bacon on it. When I got there they wanted to take my sandwich and just add the pepperoni and bacon to it. No, you don't take someone's sandwich that they've taken home and then just add what's missing! I asked for a new one to be made and when I got home half the bread was torn up and then when my mom started eating hers, her extra add on which was avocado wasn't even added. Fine. I understand people make mistakes but you want to take my sandwich back and just add meat to it. That is unsanitary!!!!!

Waited at the window for 20 minutes after placing order, no one ever took payment, came to the window or anything. Absolutely worst customer service and subway in area.
