Ridiculous experience, I had a rotisserie chicken sandwich YESTERDAY with a coupon, came in today for the same sandwich and the worker told me the owner doesn’t accept sandwiches for this coupon. They did yesterday, but suddenly the manager doesn’t accept the rotisserie chicken of steak on coupons. The kicker? Subway coupons tells you which sandwiches are excluded, the rotisserie chicken and steak are NOT one of them. The old lady that works here picks and chooses whose coupons she wants to accept.

Horrible customer service. I had a coupon for a foot long. I ordered Philly Cheese Sandwich. I gave the coupon to the lady and she said we don't take it. Philly Cheese is excluded. I asked her to read what it says on the coupon. Philly cheese is not excluded. She kept saying no. Then she said I will try it but can't promise it will be accepted. She tries and it went through without problems. The last thing you want to do is argue with the customer especially when you don't know what you are doing. They lost a customer. I will never go back to this location.

Terrible customer service. Went for pickup to make life easier with a newborn but become such a hassle. When we got home noticed they got the toppings on the sandwich wrong. I called to let them know & was told I had to bring back the sandwich so they could check it out. It’s hard enough healing postpartum and trying to load everyone back in the car to go show them a sandwich. I told the worker it was difficult driving all the way back at the moment but they didn’t care.Had to deal with a screaming toddler bc they put jalapeños in the sandwich he was supposed to be eating.

I won't be coming back to this location. Subway 20208, Anza Ave Torrance Ca 90503 July.10.2024, the time of day was 5:26 p.m. I was unsatisfied with the service they provided. It was a phone order, The sandwiches were wrapped in their subway paper. So, I didn't know how awful everything was inside until I got home. I ordered two 6" BLT subs, I paid for extra bacon 🥓 they didn't put on extra bacon.. I also ordered 6" Rotisserie style chicken. I ordered 6" Oven-Roasted Turkey with Ham sub sandwich. Same as above, I couldn't see very much meat. The tomatoes and onions were soggy. Paying $41.00 for the meal. A big dispointment. The inside of all the sandwichs were jacked up!

The service is top notch at this subway! Jose is sooo nice! They always get my order right and they actually now remember what I order, haha! Thank you for the great service!
