Subway

I eat at the Subway on 77 Vandenburgh Ave in Troy nearly every day (usually around 5 PM) and the staff is consistently awesome — friendly, quick, and my order is always right. I went to another Subway in Watervliet one day and it was terrible, which really made me appreciate how well this Troy location is run. Hope the manager/owner recognizes the evening crew — they do a great job.

No stars. They are supposed to be opened til 10 PM but have their doors locked a whole 30 minutes before 10 PM. I knocked on the window and shook the door, nothing except all the lights on and the 2 employees ready for me to order. They didn't even open the door for me or answer the store phone when i called. So ridiculous what company locks the door 30 minutes before the actual closing time? How do you get money that way?

Paid $18.00 for a BLT that had no CHEESE when I asked for cheese. None of the condiments or toppings I asked for is here. GROSS. Sloppy. LAZY.

I ordered a rotisserie chicken w ghost pepper bread for pick up. It was disgusting the bread was hard as a rock (unacceptable/inedible). The sandwich was sloppy. I asked for extra spinach received the minimum. The chicken was barely there which was fine because I do not eat a lot of meat. The sandwich overall was trash due to bread being hard as a rock. I live around the corner and probably wouldn’t not EVER come to this location again. 1st & last time. No way that sandwich should’ve left the store like that. The staff clearly don’t care what they slop together. It looked like a 2 yr old put it together lol WTH
