Subway

I've put off this review for a long time hoping the owner would clean up his act. Don't get me wrong, the food is pretty good just like all subways but I've been going to this subway for years and the story has just gotten worse. The employees for the most part have been very nice but ALWAYS overworked. I've been in this store so many times when it's packed with people waiting and there's ONE employee trying to do everything. There was recently a German woman (not sure her nationality) working there. She was always nice. One day i went in and it was so busy and she was there alone. She was so visibly stressed and frustrated but refused to complain. When i asked her if she was ok, she just said, "I've had enough" she's since quit. Today i went in and there was one girl working. Can never receive an online order in time. They make everyone’s sandwiches in store first even though you ordered before everybody else. Takes 30 minutes after it says it’s ready. Has happened multiple times.

Extremely disappointed. I placed a delivery order and wasn’t informed they were out of the bread I requested until the Dasher texted me at pickup time — no call or update from the restaurant. When the food finally arrived, the sandwiches were a mess: sauce was everywhere, and the bacon wasn’t even warmed up. Poor communication and sloppy preparation. Will not be ordering from this location again.

I stopped there earlier & decided to go somewhere else, when the lady who asked, can I help you, had been coughing & sneezing on her hands & arms. If she's not feeling well she should stay home. I wasn't going to let her fix me a sandwich after that. If it had been the other 2 employees who were there, then that would have been fine. Just not her.

Older gentleman there in the mornings, please work on your attitude. No one wants to come and be rushed when store is completely empty. No one wants your smart mouth. You are the one behind the counter so it is your job to inform us of what you haven't prepared and put out yet.
