Subway

Cancelled my app order that had discounts and said “subway cancelled it, we’re not part of the subway company because we’re in a mall so we don’t use discounts” but the app specifically says what discounts each store does and does not allow.

I had a really negative experience here. A Sikh boy was working at the counter, and when I stood in front of him, he didn't greet me at all. Yet, he said "hi" and "hello" to the person right behind me. When I asked if they had a tuna fish sandwich, his response was unenthusiastic, and he even called someone else from inside to make my sandwich. I have an appearance somewhat like Indians, although I am not Indian. There are tensions between Sikh and Hindu communities in India; could this be why he treated me so rudely? I am not Hindu, after all, but I still felt very bad. While I will continue shopping at Walmart, I won't be buying food from them anymore.

Do not order from here. Without fail they will get your order wrong. I ordered a tuna sandwich, and explicitly told them not to heat the tuna and the bread only. They failed to do the simplest of things. Honestly, corporate needs to get involved with this location.

I was waiting to order my sandwich and a male Subway employee who has a ponytail was making other sandwiches (two sandwiches at a time) so I was asking if he took the customers behind me before me because I was listening to music and didn’t see what they were talking about. They seemed to have skipped me and I was telling him that I was next in line. I started talking to him politely and he continued making the sandwiches with his head bowed down and refused to acknowledge me and pretended not to hear me even though I kept talking to him. Another Subway employee started talking to him and he started talking to the other employee. I asked the other Subway employee to tell the Subway employee who was ignoring me and pretended that I wasn’t even worth talking to or acknowledging in any wa
