Subway

My wife and I came in today, Lisa was the employee working. She was very nice and professional we were talking and she told us how she loved working there at Subway, and especially how great management was she said its like a big family there and that is great to hear all companies should be that way. Our subs she made were absolutely perfect. I normally go to other fast food restaurants but wanting to eat healthier is why we chose Subway. We definitely will be back and again Lisa was great.

After shopping at Lowe's. Thought would stop at subway and grab a sub. There was a problem at check out and had to wait 15 minutes to order. Well, this location does not honor subway coupons. This is unbelievable that subway doesn't honor its own coupons. Won't return to this location again.

I come to subway mainly for the deals, but if you guys don’t honor coupons or online deals then what’s the point? Might as well go elsewhere and get better toppings on sub for same price. The app offers BOGO for a dollar, but you can’t even select to buy a foot long sub. You guys dont sell footings anymore? Or just while the promo is going on and you’ll switch it back?

The woman cashier working today did an amazing job and had amazing customer service. She was the only person working, which whoever is managing needs to staff up better, but she handled the online and in person orders like a champ.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because everyone here is great except for this one Indian lady…. Idk her name but I came in on Thursday August 21st with my wife and we walked in and got 2 cookies and asked for water cups and my wife got a soda because she usually does and then the lady said rudely, ma’am, only water for water cups and my wife said oh okay with confusion and said sorry I work here and then the lady working said even more rudely, I am the owner and I’ve never seen you before and so my wife got her water while she was just staring at us and we were going to sit down and eat our cookies and drink our water because it was a nice day to be out so that’s what we decided but then the lady kept staring at us still and mean mugging us so we left…. We wouldn’t recommend going and order
