Subway

Traveling from Montezuma Creek back to Salt Lake, stopped in for lunch. Judy helped me and it was so quick and easy. Great experience!! 10/10 would recommend.

Online order 7pm and they have all seating completely barricaded off and all chairs on the tables, two hours before close. 7pm when they close at 9pm...I'd think franchise owner would want to be aware of such terrible service.

I have service a 1 because I ordered myself online. Ordered the garlic chicken and It was falling apart everywhere and they didn't even cook the bacon in the oven/microwave before adding it to my sandwich and the chicken (rotisserie) wasn't even heated. IT ALL WAS COLD. Not to mention they didn't even cut it IN HALF and I see why. It was falling apart so bad if they would had touched it anymore it would had completely fallen apart. I got extra chicken. And i don't think that would had made it this mess. This was the worst experience in a sandwich prepared at a subway I've ever had and Ive travel across from the east coast.

It was 845pm and girl behind the counter said"we're closed ", after I asked what time she closes and said 9pm, I told her she got 15 min to closing. She had an attitude while making my sandwich and it top of it she slammed it on the counter.She had some nerves so ask for a tip. Teach these people some customer service. Meanwhile avoid this subway!!!! Take your business somewhere else

We arrived at 8:52 and by the time we were up to order at 8:55 the girl behind the counter said sorry we can’t serve all of you, looking at my family of 5, we are about to close. They definitely need to be taught some customer service. We were out of there on the road by 9:00 after I confronted her about her lack of customer service and she created our 3 sandwiches. If I owned this franchise I would want to know which employee was treating customers this way.
