Subway

Subway! Met all expectations. A nice young lady was working super fast and really good. We where there on a Saturday. Don't know who she was. But great experience with the mayo and the mustard where it belongs, not all over the wrapper andy hand. Great job!!

Tried to order a wrap that is on their menu. The meat was not double meat that the menu said it should have been. The lettuce was brown and when mentioned it the person behind the counter said "well this other lettuce looks better ( while pulling out their back up tub, still brown). The person behind me ordered some sort of salad and they used the browning lettuce for said salad. The olives had banana peppers in the container when picked our for me and they just tossed the pepper back into the olives. Finally the cucumbers were freezer burned. I got the same wrap at a different location over the weekend and hoping for another one. This one was half the size, less meat, and mostly not edible.

Why is it 4:45 on a Monday with just one worker? The employee was excellent, but as a message to the manager and/or franchise owner, you should staff more.

I normally go to this subway all the time! Normally pretty great but I had the worst service of my life at subway! I was served by “ Alex “ they were very rude and made my sandwich with bad lettuce and tomato’s and cucumbers. My sandwich was also so poorly cut and folded everything fell out of it soon as I opened it! Was just unhappy with my service that day. I’ve had another bad experience with this worker I got a cookie for a friend and very clearly asked for a whistle chocolate chip and they gave me the wrong one and was just rude the entire time!

Twice now I’ve ordered cheesy bread for my grandsons only to get home and the bread is disgusting hard and burnt so annoying they can’t eat it and the sandwiches aren’t cheap! Bread is very hard.
