Unfriendly atmosphere. Only one person working. And he refused to look up or acknowledge my family that stood there waiting.

I ordered a BLT footlong and and it only had 3 slices of bacon, for a FOOTLONG!!! Was told the owner only allows them to make it like it is written on the substation, and they watch them to make sure they do it just so. For what I pay for the sub they are ripping us off! Any other subway I go to I actually get meat on it! The workers tho are super sweet and friendly, that's the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Both workers seemed to be in a bad mood. Guy behind the counter was mumbling and I couldn’t understand what he was saying, and I got some attitude for having to ask him to repeat himself. 6 inch sandwhich was nothing special, not worth $8. Subway what happened to y’all

Ordered online. Followed app for being prepared and finished. I arrived after the completed time, but the order was not even started. It was not busy at all. They just didn't seem to care. There is more, but I have said enough.

The artist was great. However she was the only one until 4:30pm. I spent $50. This subway probably lost that much during my time there because folks didn't want to wait. It's located in a travel plaza - invest in additional staff or get out of the business. I have worked for this type of owner - frugal micromanagers. These types always failed. Selah.
