I only personally go in when Jessee and Kaylin is working they are the only one that takes the time on your sub like they all should be doing. Every bite is great! Other workers don’t take there time they make is sloppy. Taste gross. I recommend going when they are working

We ordered online 20 minutes ahead we showed up and walked in as our order said it was ready. When I got in there the worker said they hadn't got to my order yet it would only take a couple minutes, then proceeded to help every other customer that came into the store first. I waited an extra 30 minutes to get my 2 subs. We ordered online because we were driving through and didn't want to wait in line but had I just got in line I would have been helped right away, instead my order ticket sat on counter while they helped 5 other groups of customers, and then when no one else was in the store my order finally got started.

Ordered ahead 20 mins prior to going in. 5 people in line and they didn’t even start making our food. The service was extremely slow even when they started making it. Mine as well just went in and ordered. The whole point of online ordering is so people don’t have to wait in the line. They must not like people buying one and getting one free on mobile lol I don’t get it.

Every time my family orders subway online, our food it slways messed up. There is never any sauce when i ask for extra sauce, my 3 year old gets tuna instead of turkey, my wife's subkrunch ends up in my philly and this has happened EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. parking lot has severe potholes that they refuse to get fixed and whenever we go inside the store there is 1 employee working alone during rushes or nights.
