Subway

I'm actually upset because I do like this location. It's clean and the food tends to be good. However, the last two times I ordered from here (using the subway app), I ordered my subs with provolone cheese and to be toasted. They, in fact, had no cheese nor were they toasted. The first picture is from this month, and the second picture, along with the video, is from Nov 30, 2024.

Such a horrible experience. I was getting a turkey sandwhich and asked for extra vegetables. On a footlong she only out THREE tomatoes and when i asked for extra olives she said she had to charge me for them! What?!!? I’ve never heard of such a thing. I asked her to show me where on the menu board it showed that and she told me nothing is for free. Well, the lack lf tomatoes should have compensated for the extra olives. Subway prides themselves on being fresh but when you want veggies they don’t want you to have them! Stay away from this location.

It's like they can't follow instructions. Placed several orders using the app and each time they did the opposite of what was asked. After that third time of the lack of comprehension, I will not be coming back.

Absolute worst place to get a sandwich. When I walked in, there was one employee behind the counter who just stared. Then another person came around and just looked at me as well. When I spoke up and said I wanted to order 3 sandwiches, you'd thought I asked for a million as he seem annoyed. Now, about their food, the white Italian bread we has was hard and dry, and when I asked for extra pickles, he literally put 3 more on, and I think that was a total of 6 or 7 on a large sandwich. My son-in-law's sandwich was horrible, asking for mayo from them made us feel like they couldn't afford to put hardly on. After spending $52, yes $52 on 3 sandwiches and a small drink, and having miserable food, I would never go to this location again.

Went to the store for a $6.99 deal I saw advertised in a commercial. There were no customers in the store, and 3 employees. I went to order at the register when I was told that this deal had to be ordered through the app. I didn't have the app, so I stepped back to download it and process it with a 23-minute long process to finally get to place the order. The manager made fun of my struggling by saying, "it's not that complicated and shouldn't take me this long to figure it out." He should have offered some assistance. I then get what I ordered, and to my surprise, there are 2 very thinly sliced pieces of ham. 1 very thinly sliced piece of cheese and 2 slices of Pickles and a sprinkle of onions. So I basically paid for a roll, the smallest bag of potato chips and a drink. I will NEVER go
