There is was thinking, what an unusual place to catch an underground train, I was surprised by the great food and low fares but the transportation side needs a great deal of help. I finally had to walk out of there! Most dissatisfied with the transportation side!
Had a great experience at Subway thanks to Sarnia. She was polite, professional, and very welcoming. My order was made exactly how I wanted it, and she had such a positive attitude. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had
Subway has always been a great go to for me. I can't say I have every had a bad experience at one. I will say I do like all food so you might not want to listen to me. Subways are subways. They habe sandwiches, soups, and salads. And they have tables to sit at. It's never anything fancy at a subway. But I will take subway over a lot of other options.
It’s my first time seeing such a hardworking and fast employee! He made my tuna sandwich perfectly and didn’t make customers wait long. Great service!
