A sweet woman served me the best American Club, she paid attention to detail making my sandwich I shared with my son. Name starts with a L. I don't remember it my english isn't the best but she spoke a little Spanish and it made the experience better

Lady inside says they’re closed, and rudely at that. Maybe turn off your sign if you’re not open? Or close when you’re supposed to? Hours on the door 10pm, online says 9:30. Idk who miss neck tattoo is, but fire her. She’s incredibly rude and absolutely the rudest employee I’ve literally ever encountered at this location. Keeping staffed would be the biggest downfall to this location.

Sarah was manager but very disappointed..she asked me what I want unlikely other subway..asking what kind of stuffs..why did i feell confused..while other subway was ok to me.. She asked me just what I want..so I didn't know what to do..I know I'm picky but something different..Just no good..not professional..

Never using the app again. Asked for extra Lettuce and it looks like there's almost zero Lettuce. I asked for extra veggies but they barely did any. They drenched it in oil when I didn't ask for extra. I tipped too but now I know I can only get it in person or they will mess it up. If you see the photo I added, that's what "Alot of Lettuce" gets you in the app. Go in person because I guess these "artists" can't read. You literally cannot see the Lettuce in the photo. There's a lady that works here that gets my order right and actually does it all correctly. Idk who the boy is but he refuses to put anything on the sandwich like he's scared of vegetables or something.

The lady working today was rude. I did not feel welcomed and she said “that’s why I asked about the two sandwiches” in a irritable tone then proceeded to make us feel uncomfortable by telling an employee “I’m gonna need some help” when there was literally only one more person after us. Please work on your customer service skills, you shouldn’t act like that in front of a customer.
