Make a mobile order to be picked up in 15 minutes. Arrived at the time of promise, but saw our two sandwiches still laid open on the counter. It took more than five more minutes for the staff to complete our two sandwiches. Upon completion, the staff just move sandwiches onto the wrapping paper without the white paper sheets, so some ingredients had fallen out. The staff did not hand the sandwiches over the countertop, but passed them onto the cashier. We had to wait another minute for other people to pay other orders before receiving our prepaid ones. Very disappointed and frustrated.

They skimp big time on the meat. It's all just bread.
