Stopped in for the first time. I kept meaning to stop in, but would forget about this place. The store is very elegant and the baked goods look amazing. I ordered two macaroons: cafe a lait and blackberry citrus. They were perfect. The wild berry gelato was sweeter than I would have liked. The last thing I ordered was a lavander citron pastry. It was okay. I didn't taste lavender or anything citrus. Expensive sweets and a cashless establishment. Probably won't come back.

This place is STUNNING and (so sorry I forgot her name) the employee was SO sweet and helpful she explained everything and was so cheerful she made it an awesome experience!!! The coffee macaron was my personal favorite and the petit four was right up there with it!!

I have been here a number of times and the desserts are lovely. The meringue mess is top notch in flavor and texture. The seating leaves so much to be desired. The upholstery is stained, and there are uncomfortable clear plastic chairs across from the stained seats. It looks terrible and I am surprised that it has not changed or been replaced . Considering the price of the product and the effort toward making an aesthetic statement with the environment, cleanliness and the appearance of cleanliness is foundational.

The macarons are great, however, I would skip the macaron tree. It fell apart in my car on the way to deliver it as a present. Really embarrassing. Just get the boxed macarons. I have NO idea how the tree would be shipped and survive. Photo is pre-destruction.

Today, I had the immense pleasure of visiting Sucre in Covington. It felt like a treat having such a gem right in our neighborhood. On this crisp fall morning, my daughter, dog, and I decided to pop in and were not disappointed. We indulged in a comforting coffee and a rich hot chocolate. Beyond the tasty treats, what stood out was the exemplary service. The staff were not just attentive, but genuinely warm, making our visit all the more special. I’m thrilled to see Sucre planting roots in Covington, and I wholeheartedly wish them every success in their new venture. Here’s to many more visits and sweet memories! 🎉🎉🎉
