Sugar Mama’s

Travelled down to Albany to visit family for my son’s 4th birthday. Ordered a cake and cupcakes from Sugar Mama’s and had a wonderful experience! They are very thorough and thoughtful. My son has an egg allergy and instead of making and charging me for a fully vegan cake, they just replaced the egg. And it was phenomenal! Everyone at the party was gushing over it. Not only was it delicious, it was beautiful! My son loves rainbows, so the cake was all rainbow. It was perfect! The cupcakes too. Some of the best gf cupcakes I’ve ever had! And the price was incredibly reasonable! Highly recommend!

I have been going to these "sugar Mama's" for at least 4 years now and they have always been great. I manage the food service operations for St. Francis Emory Healthcare, in Columbus, but am willing to travel to get our cookies from Sugar Mama's because they are that good. My wife, who runs a large private meeting & catering hall always uses them too. This year, the cookies that they made for doctor's event was awesome. Beautiful blue and white cookies with stethoscopes!!! For our 75th Annual Light the Spirit Christmas Tree and building lighting event, Sugar Mama's made us hundreds of of glazed Christmas Tree Cookies. Y’all sleeping on this bakery. There aren’t many legit bakeries in Albany. Most of the other places are always closed. About two years ago I came here and tried something that was so good-I saved them in my phone and every time I come back to Albany I stop by and they always have different desserts every time. They’re always unique, appropriate and hook you just like drugs. I literally always find something so amazing I want to tell someone to go try it. That’s how good a dessert should be. Look at that pecan pie-thick with that heavenly breading. Easily The best pecan pie I’ve ever eaten. The ooey gooey bar was insanely good. They were so easy to work with and their cakes were so tasty! They did exactly what I asked for and the presentation was amazing, as well! I ordered by email with pictures, less than a week in advance, and then paid online, so it was super easy. My family and I were very impressed and we will be back as repeat customers for all of our important events!

Best Bakery in Town!!!! My daughter participated in the summer camp they offer here and she had the BEST time!!!! All of the treats she baked were amazing!!!!! Can’t say enough good things about this business!!!! Y’all check them out for all your sweet treats!!! Love it!!!!!
