This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was beyond amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Yeah Every bite tasted like it was made with care. The indoor space is also fantastic: clean, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend, and I can’t wait to come back!

I liked this Polynesian restaurant. Parking was a little difficult as this is a small venue. Upon entering we were basically immediately seated. It didnt appear too busy and was not loud. Instead there was an awesome Playlist of music going on with some nice islander reggae music. I ordered the chicken katsu and let me tell you that sauce was pretty good. Probably the best katsu sauce I've had in all of anchorage. I would easily recommend this place to anyone who is craving some islander food.

The food here is absolutely delicious. Everything was a 10/10, with the exception of the garlic shrimp, which wasn’t to my taste. The service could be improved, but the atmosphere is casual and comfortable. I would definitely return for the fried musubi and chicken katsu.

Sukas is an absolutely amazing resturaunts. I am sitting in here writing this review because I am so blown away. The food is phenomenal, the service is amazing, and the music is great. You'd be crazy to not try it here. 10/10 I will definitely be back.

In the old Marco-T's location a Polynesian restaurant has migrated from Fairbanks. The inside hasnt changed much, but some island designs have been added to the walls. Clean and calm environment with super friendly staff. We had to try a few things and between the three of us we didn't find anything we didn't enjoy. The musubi is delicious, a little crunch in the outside delicious rice and spam in the middle. The pulled pork was sweet and savory drizzled with a tasty sauce. The chicken katsu was perfectly done with a nice crunch and juicy chicken underneath. I didn't try the shrimp katsu but was told it was also really tasty. I was surprised by the chicken teriyaki plate. It was massive with three sauced chicken thighs on a bed of rice, macaroni salad, and salad. I was told it was
