Sukhadia's Indian Grill

Stopped for a quick snack - tea, samosa and jalebi. Tea really bad. Samosa is okay. Their imli chutney is not nice. Jalebi is usually good but wasn’t hot this time. Sweets didn’t look very inviting… too much color added to them.

Hmm! What can I write. TERRIBLE Absolutely Disgusting. This was my 1st time. We ordered rasmalai and pappdi. Rasmali was burned and smelled like something stayed in refrigerator for months. The malai wasnt soft and I strongly believe that's rasagulla dipped in rabdi and made it as Rasmalai. I kept clear pictures for reference. Terrible and cant eat that rasmali. Its puking. Any Indian can easily say that it isnt a good one. Then how is the owner selling that. Service is good. Pappdi smelled oily and so bad. I heard a lot about sukhadia at Iselin, which was one of the reason to visit this store. So sad to say this, it needs a lot and lots of improvement. And I would say improvement is a small word. I wish I could give 0 stars. The dhokla they sold us was stale and nowhere near tasting like a dhokla. It felt like they had kept the same dhokla that was from past 2 days. Please do not buy anything from this place. They don’t serve fresh items.

Punjabi samosa and samosa chaats were delicious and there is an option to buy 1 lb of assorted sweets for $18, Kaju Katli, Kaju pista rolls were delicious, motichur loddu, jamoon were average. Service was excellent and got the orders within 10 minutes. Parking is good but taking US 46 West is difficult from this location better use US 46 East and do a U turn.

We ordered around six different sweets for a special occasion, and the experience was very disappointing. The staff was extremely rude when we asked for tasting samplers, so we ended up buying the sweets without tasting them. Unfortunately, the sweets turned out to be extremely bad in quality and taste. This was very upsetting, especially for an important occasion. I hope the store improves both their customer service and product quality.
