5 stars! I'm thoroughly impressed with the new Summer Moon Coffee at Rose Creek—my new favorite in Edmond. Today’s highlight was the Summer Moon latte: a perfect harmony of signature oak-roasted espresso and silky Moon Milk, delivering a creamy, well-balanced warmth that’s not overly sweet. The space exudes coziness, complemented by a friendly and attentive staff. Orders are consistently precise, and the aroma of fresh pastries is simply irresistible. Whether for a quick visit or a casual hangout, this spot is a definite go-to. I’ll be a regular! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a high-quality and comfortable coffee experience.

I had Summer Moon Coffee for the first time in Texas & I was pleasantly surprised when realized this location was in Oklahoma. The moon milk is top tier! And their pastries? Absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly! You could tell that they were work incredibly well as a team. The space was clean & everything was stocked well.

I like my coffee black and theirs is smooth and delicious. Love the new Rose Creek location. cute interior, friendly staff, and a convenient drive-thru.

i was pretty excited to see a summer moon opened here ! 🌙☕️ ally c. served me & was super sweet 😊 i ordered a hot, half summer moon latte with cinnamon & i loved it! perfect amount of sweetness & espresso. generally, i love a good caramel latte or cappuccino, but this latte was really good! they mentioned they do have a caramel steamed milk, so i’ll try that next for sure. they have bakery items but were mostly out because they were about to close (no biggie!). they have seating inside & out, sell merch & coffee, & it seems like a generally pretty chill space to hang out & study. yall need to come by here & check it out!

The absolute best coffee you can get! Great atmosphere, clean and peaceful. Perfect for taking a coffee break or business meeting. The staff is always very attentive and friendly. If you know you know but if you don't go find out what the hype is. You won't be dissappointed!!
