Summer's Best Ice Cream

The nice lady made a mistake with the ice cream but I don’t care. I can barely eat their small. She gave me a gift card as a refund. She admitted to giving the wrong ice cream but I didn’t want her to waste it. Wonderful little place in Johnstown and great customer service. My kids are brats and embarrassing to bring sometimes but they can go outside and play there. The people who work there are always so nice and forgiving of my kids

This is a great place for ice cream. I go on outings here with fellow college students. They have a wide variety of flavors and the staff are super helpful. They accept card and cash. They also sell milkshakes and specialty sundaes. I'd give it 10 stars if I could.

Went there today for a cold treat and they did not disappoint. I had questions regarding the menu which were answered over the phone and made my visit super easy. I got a small soft serve oreo cone and it was delicious. Really tasted like oreo without being too overpowering. They also have cotton candy and blue raspberry slush puppies for dairy free alternatives and they are also delicious. I will definitely be coming back here for a sweet treat.

Went tonight (04/27/22) because I saw their post on Facebook .... Omg it was so cold but so worth it. Didn't order the special they were advertising, but what I did get was yummy 😋. (forgot to take a pic of our sundaes) which is a bummer because they even looked amazing. A really polite young man took our order, gave them to us and I was bummed because I didn't have sprinkles, he gave me a little cup filled with them 😊 so kind of him. Can't have ice cream without sprinkles (the child in me, lol). Going to be going to Summer's Best a lot this year. Their ice cream is the best around for great prices.

This place is out family's favorite ice cream place locally. Their ice cream is creamy, just like Martha's. They always have fantastic flavor options. Just had to try the new combo of Chocolate Coconut/Banana twist, and of course I did it as a Mound Flurry.
