Summit Cafe

Great staff and the food portions are huge for a reasonable price! Will be back *update* have been back several times and haven't had anything I didn't like! The cook, manager and waitress are all phenomenal! This is a hidden gem

I stopped by Summit Cafe today for the first time. I was met with friendly service and my order was taken swiftly. I was taken back by the menu not having prices listed. I ordered the vegetable omelette with home fries and toast. Came out to about 13 bucks. A little pricey for a vegetable omelette with only onions, peppers, and tomatoes. The omelette itself was okay at best. Way too many tomatoes. They were a big filler ingredient and overall the omelette lacked seasoning and flavor. The home fries were much of the same. The food was hot and fresh. It came quickly. Overall it just lacked seasoning. I would likely come back to try more things on the menu. I want to like the place but today wasn’t the best first impression.

Love it here! Small intimate and historical. I wrnt to NC A&T and this is a piece of my Aggie home each time I return since 1997!

I recently stopped by this cafe, and it truly hit the spot. The atmosphere was calm and conducive to some quiet thought, and the coffee was excellent, just what I needed to kickstart my afternoon! It's clear they put effort into creating a pleasant environment
