Sun Pizza

1/14/2026, was a HORRIBLE experience. I placed my in store oder at 2:39pm and I did not receive my food until 3:05pm. It took for me to inform staff that I was still waiting. It was a rush job. My food came lukewarm fries without ketchup or salt, no napkins, and an attitude from staff. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone. This is my first time visiting Sun Pizza in years, and I bypassed other eateries for today’s service. A mistake on my part. Do not visit or spend your money here.

They use a fake name (“Dixie’s diner) with fake AI pictures. Worst food I’ve ever had in my life. They should be arrested. Attached are the advertised pictures versus reality.

I ordered online because when I called in it was almost 10$ more than online. EVERYTHING was overcooked in old oil and chewy! The onion rings were stuck together like an onion ring pie and the seafood was so chewy it might as well have been seafood gum. This was a horrible food experience! No one loves food there. I feel disrespected! I want a refund for this garbage I put in the trash after not being able to chew it!!

Was in restaurant and workers started yelling at each other. Completely unprofessional. Food was great doe!

I ordered a 6 piece chicken tender dinner for $15. I received strips of chicken instead of whole tenders that were fried in old oil. It's evident that quality is not a required standard. I have ordered here several times and this was the worst order that I ever received. Overpriced and very poor quality of food.
