Sundaes The Ice Cream Place

I used to frequent this place about 10 years ago when I had a friend who lives in town. We both loved it, both the hard ice cream and soft serve. Coming back so many years later I was really hoping I hadn't imagined how good it was. It not only as good as I remembered or better, but they have an amazing selection of ice cream. Also appreciated is their base of many flavors are actually made into the flavor of the ice cream, opposed to just throwing whatever ingredient into vanilla. For example an Oreo base ice cream and a devil dog base. Spoons are a solid 10/10.

The ice cream was actually a lot better than I expected. I’d say it just makes it in my Top 5 best ice cream on all time. Everyone knows Mrs. Walkers in Toms River is #1 but Sundaes in Point doesn’t disappoint. Hey that rhymes. My server Sophia Alexis Lavino was really stingy with the ice cream samples, we might need to work on that a little bit, but she was also really really sweet. You could really tell she was motivated and ready to go, even after a long shift. And her smile, forget it, everyone knows the trick to selling ice cream is to serve it with a smile and she doesn’t that perfectly. Amazing worker you have there, don’t lose young talent like that bc she’s definitely an up and coming prospect in the Ice Cream server league. We love this place. All the flavors are delicious. I find most ice cream pretty bland nowadays. But here it's fresh and tastes really good. It gets busy but moves fast. No doubt the best place around.
