“I’m sorry, we don’t allow laptops at the dining tables, can you please go to the communal table?” Wow-salty avocado toast, but they did issue a refund. Which is nice. Nice place and good cappuccino. I’m sure it’s welcoming if your plan is to get in and get out.

I first stopped by after noticing a line early in the morning, and the pastries were good enough that I came back a second time. The location at Pike & Rose is very convenient, with easy access and two hours of free parking at the nearby public garage, which makes it a nice stop for grabbing pastries and coffee. The pastries stand out more than the drinks. The latte tasted overly diluted, likely from too much steaming, and the bee latte was mild and felt more like a lightly sweetened latte with honey. Using a bolder espresso or adjusting the steaming time could really improve the drinks.

Delicious Start to My Sunday I recently had breakfast at Sunday Morning Bakehouse and it was fantastic! I ordered the Breakfast Plate and a latte, and both were absolutely delicious. The plate was full of fresh, perfectly cooked ingredients, and the latte was rich and smooth. It was the perfect way to start the day. The atmosphere was also great—very welcoming and cozy. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I highly recommend Sunday Morning Bakehouse if you're looking for a top-notch breakfast or a great cup of coffee in North Bethesda.

Quaint little spot. I got the breakfast plate with bacon, which was filling. GET THE CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA BREAD!! My iced late was delicious. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

It’s been a dream of mine to visit Sunday Morning Bakehouse—and they did not disappoint. Drinks we tried: Iced Bee Sting Latte and the Iced Honey Matcha Latte. The honey in both beverages was subtle, but overall they were delicious! Pastries we shared: Blueberry Cheesecake Twice Baked Croissant – Divine! Buttery, flaky, and bursting with flavor. Cookies and Cream Brioche Donut – visually appealing but didn't quite meet the flavor expectations and was quite dense. While the donut didn’t wow us, everything else made this visit worth the hype. I’ll definitely be back for more croissants and coffee magic!
