Sunset Inn

I was in P-town with my 10 year old, and I wanted a place that wouldn't be too noisy but would be close to the action. Sunset Inn for the bill. The owners were just fantastic. The breakfast was spot on. The location was a block from Commercial, so right in the center of things without the noise and the worst crowds. The room we stayed in was cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. And they had parking, which was an awesome bonus. We'll be back for sure.

Absolutely love this place! Andy and Lenny have been very attentive to detail, and we felt pampered! The room was well decorated, clean, quiet and had everything we needed at hand… The outside gardens were wonderful. We will definitely be back to this superb bed-and-breakfast!

This is absolutely the best B&B I've ever stayed in. Great location, nice decks and patio, and impeccable service. Plus, Andy at the front desk is an absolute delight of a human being. Will definitely be returning! If you're not obsessed with the idea of "luxury" stay and just want a good experience, this is the right place

Owners Andy and Lenny are welcoming and quickly feel like family. The rooms -private bathrooms. microwave, coffee, refrigerator-immaculate- serviced by Andrew and Drew -great job. Location 3 blocks from the ferry in the heart of town but quiet-walk easily everywhere- parking -decks to sit and lounge and garden patio. I feel very safe! Ask for what you need and Andy and Lenny will make it happen. I have extended my stay - I LOVE MY NEW HOME!!!

Our trip was sort of last minute so finding accommodations for the Labor Day weekend was a bit of a challenge. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted and shown around the property and our room. Room was simple but clean and included a refrigerator which is important to me. Overall property is clean, well maintained and very functional. We had our own window unit to control our room temperature It is a historic property and some updating of hallway carpeting, etc. could be done but was definitely not a turn off or something that would make me not consider staying again. Being a historic property owner I well realize these types of properties are a continuous work in progress. Well located within easy walking distance to downtown and all the activities.
