LOVE Sunset Smash! The food is great (the fries are addictive) and the owner couldn't be nicer. The truck originated in the Palisades. My heart goes out to the community that lost so much. I'm guessing SUNSET SMASH will some day makes its way back to the Palisades but for now I'm glad that it's found its way to Brentwood, and that the location, outside of the CVS on San Vicente, is perfect. Recently the truck added photos. Great photos of tasty burgers and a collage of photos that capture historical moments of the business - including feeding firefighters and volunteers during the fires. It's inspiring. SUNSET SMASH is on Instagram - where you can find hours, menus etc. I can't recommend it enough!

I had one of the best burgers I ever had in my life. Not just smash burgers but burgers period!!! It was soooo good that my lady took a few bites of mine and ordered her own. The fries were delicious as well. Five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delicious smash burgers! I got The Classic, and it's everything you want in a burger - slightly crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with a balance of savory, salty, and slightly sweet flavors. Each bite is a combination of juicy beef, melty cheese, sauce, and the perfect bun. The seasoned fries were awesome, too. They have a happy hour weekdays from 3:00-6:00. One free bag of fries with the purchase of two burgers.

The truffle burger was not good. It was so heavily loaded with a cream-cheese-ish sauce that strongly tasted of artificial truffle, it was unpleasant and overwhelming, I could only eat half (and I’m a 6ft, 200 male with a big appetite) The patty was average without any “smash” quality- no crispy edges- it was just a normal thin patty. The fries were very mid too, with almost no seasoning. I do not recommend unfortunately

By far one of the most tastiest burgers I have ever had. So simple so clean so fresh to the point. Loved it !!! Perfect amount of of everything needed. First burger in my life I didn’t need to drain with sauce to make it tasty. They have kosher for me which is thre only reason I came my great service 10 out of 10 I’ve been here 4 times this week
