Every visit here reminds me why Baton Rouge will always feel like home. The flavors are comforting and full of character, the service is genuinely welcoming, and the prices feel more than fair for the quality you get. A place that brings back great memories and delivers a truly satisfying experience.

We loved this little diner! We were a little worried about the location of this restaurant, but it was so good. The owner was very pleasant to us out of state people and gave us the best recommendations for the best Louisiana experience.

Food and folks were beyond awesome. If a place served this stuff at these prices where I live, there would be a permanent 2 hour wait. Note to owner- don't be afraid to crank the AC, this northern boy was toasty! Haha didn't matter because the food was too darn good.

I actually was impressed by the service and taste of my crawfish and shrimp egg rolls so I decided to call and give thanks 🤦🏾‍♂️ the woman that served me was the owner (idk this at the time) and she was kind and polite. But the woman that answered the when I called 6min ago was the exact opposite. Rude and negative...she assumed that I was calling to complain. Black owners make sure your employees represent the company the way you do.

Great food and service that certainly makes me relish being a Baton Rouge native. It makes me miss my hometown. The food is great and the price is excellent. A spot like this would be a massive hit in D.C. Will certainly add this to the must have list going forward on visits home.
