Customer Reviews
Great Ramen, my wife loved the pot stickers, she doesn't eat pork so finding some chicken ones was a big plus. Sushi sold by the pound so it was fun to try some rolls I would not normally order. Not as fresh as sitting at the counter made to order but still pretty good. Definitely coming back.
I only got their sushi, which in my case my eyes were bigger than my stomach. Since the sushi is priced by weight, I ended up getting much more than was need to feed 2 people. A great value. Be warned that these sushi pieces were pretty darn big compared to traditional sizing you'd be used to. Would be almost an impossible one biter sushi. Their sushi tasted fresh and had a good variety to choose from. Since it is also a poke place, they are pretty much doing the "Tacobell" method where they combine and create multiple different sushi selections from what ingredients they have. I have no complaints about that as there still is a good selection to choose from and the ingredients are delicious. Edit #1: Went and ate in person so I was able to try the ramen in store. The Black Garlic Tonkot
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Supa – New Favorite Spot! This was my first time at Supa, and I’m obsessed. The concept alone is amazing — Sushi and Poke by the pound — Everything was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. I love being able to pick exactly what I want and try a little bit of everything. I also had their authentic ramen, rich broth…that tasted like it came straight from Japan. Total comfort in a bowl. The staff here is unbelievably friendly. They made me feel welcome the second I walked in, explained the menu. You can tell they really care about their customers. I’ll definitely be back!
The sushi rolls are quite large, and about six pieces make up one pound. Since the rolls are already cut and displayed, you can choose different flavors for each piece, which makes it fun to try a variety of tastes. There was also a wide selection of rolls. This was my first time visiting, and I was curious about the ramen, so I asked a staff member about it. They let me sample the soup and gave me a detailed explanation, which was wonderful. I ordered the spicy tonkotsu ramen, and the noodles and soup were delicious. The only downside was that the char siu (roast pork) tasted like frozen meat and was of poor quality, but everything else was satisfying, so I'll go back to try the sushi and ramen again. The vegetarian options were limited to rice bowls, but it was delicious.
Walking into this location the first time just after 11am, very beautiful interior, lights are not to bright but also not to low. Smells good inside. Everything is set up nicely and organized, cleaned and presentable. Tried their sushi per pound, tasted good and fresh, and a Good balance of flavors. For each roll piece I tried. Tried the spring rolls, definitely tasted good. I have been to their Cheney locations definitely different on the inside food still good. I can’t wait to try their other location in Idaho. Thank you for opening this one, especially with it being near the mall, it has given my family more of a variety of food options to choose from.
