I dislike leaving reviews like this. But 100% necessary in this case, as this was pretty ridiculous. I purchased a mixer from Frank back in November, 2022. The mixer came "rebuilt." Almost immediately noticed irregular rotation of the planetary and noise. Frank Jr assured me it was a loose planetary bolt, which did quiet down the issue for a little while. I was given a 6 month warranty. I have attached a photo showing "rebuilt Sep. 2022." Not long after warranty expiration I had a $1000-ish bill from Hobart for some repairs. Fine. I'll eat that one, it happens. I can't locate that in my email because it was over a year ago. But subsequent receipts are attached. I later found out that such irregular rotation was due to a bent main planetary shaft. Tell me Frank and his team don't know wha

Great people with whom to do business. Frank Sr. had a heart as big as himself and Frank Jr. is just as kind. Reputable, reasonable, honest, and great service. What more could one want? Highly recommend dealing with this multi-generational family business.

Frank Livolsi has been known to stiff employees, vendors, and customers. If you are going to Frank, you are going there because you are a in a tough position financially, and he is more than willing to charge a premium for that. Can't fault him for that, but when you get no service, threatening of repo of your equipment for non-payment because they have no lived up to their contract to fix the stuff, that's when you will start realizing this man is a parasite. He pays employees cash, hasn't filed taxes in god knows how long, and already has two open investigations when I called to try to make it a third. Bucks County DA will be catching up with him soon.

Best company i ever worked with . I even overpaid on a freezer and they caught their own mistake and sent me the money back. they earned my trust and will work with Frank and Bill any time. a real pleasure to do business with.....

The deli case arrived and was delivered by professionals who were also very pleasant. The delivery men also set the unit in place and unwrapped and inspected all sides. I will definitely order from them again. I give them 2 thumbs up or 5 stars.
