Sadly I am leaving this review, possibly with the company who bought into the crap show Memphis Grills has turned into. In 2021 I built a new home and thought I'd go "all out" on my smoker. I'd been using RecTec for years and loved all of them, but the customer service was top notch. I don't know what I was thinking spending 2X the money on this ITC3. From the first time I cooked a pork shoulder, until the last brisket I ruined, it has been a disaster. I've come home multiple times (or received a call from my wife) to find it billowing with smoke, at 900+ degrees and the meat ruined. The design is horrible. There is a flange that mends inwards, directly beside the heat shield. So any grease that drops or bounces on the shield, is going to begin falling to the side and on a long coo

Poor Customer Service. I brought 2 Capital gas Ranges one is working good the other one has not worked from day 1. I had 4 service calls, replaced parts and stove oven still not working. I want my stove replaced. I think that I waited long enough it has been since May 2021.

We have a Viking GCR366 range, from Metropolitan in Seattle. It appears to be made by Capital. It worked great for about 5 years, then a new ignitor was required. At the time, the repair person warned us that the next time the ignitor needed replaced it would be difficult. All 4 sheet metal screws that hold the burner and the ignitor are all stripped. But here is the kicker. I live in zipcode 98346 and NO ONE will come perform service on this off-brand oven. For any price. Thanks a lot Metropolitan and Capital!

Easy back... tandems need to be all the way back when docking... friendly employees.
