Surcheros - Bainbridge, GA

I ordered through Door Dash, food was delicious. My only complaint is the sauce cups/the cups the sauces come in, I feel they could be a bigger size. They’re charging at least $4 for queso and it comes in a small container. Attached are the sauce cups.

Everything will always be better than Chipotle to me, the proportions aren't skimpy here. And Surcheros means it when they say "Fresh" Mex, too! There is so much variety, and everything is so flavorful. I would recommend this place to anyone, truthfully. I really hope this place fairs better than Diablo's did, its certainly got a line out the door right now! Here's to hoping!

I went to Surcheros on 1-27-26. I ordered a burrito and took it to go. I ate it that night. The next day I had a stabbing pain in my gut and couldn’t shake the nausea. I went through the work day and the rest of the night using the restroom constantly with watery diarrhea and bad heartburn/gas. I spoke with someone else who went the same night and she experienced the same side effects, which seem to be similar to C. Diff. Not fun to get so sick when I have a trip scheduled for the next day and will be driving for hours.

I placed an order over $60 (which is a lot). May want to just go in and watch them make everything in case. We didn’t enjoy it as we didn’t get what we asked for. Some things were off. For example, I paid for each burrito to have queso added to each one as a topping (which costs like an extra $2-2.50. That was a waste of my money because they skipped putting that on there. They also didn’t put any sauce that we asked for on the burritos so they came out very bland. The lady with red dyed hair helping make the food that day was rude as soon as we walked in the door. It’s as if she was mad for just having to do her job. Came in to get the order at the time it said and it still wasn’t done yet and she was rude about that also. I had the chicken burrito on a wheat tortilla. Food was pretty good. The staff were very friendly and inviting. The place didn’t change much inside. Overall, this is a great pick for anyone looking for a good and fast lunch. Thanks to Surcheros for coming to Bainbridge!
