Surcheros - Dublin, GA

I ordered 2x two taco meals, steak and ground beef. Both meals were stone cold and hardly any meat in both. The ground beef was supposed to have sauce on the side, it wasn't. The ground beef was supposed to be on corn tortilla but was flour instead. The amount of chips given is laughable ,was less than 12 chips. See photos. I haven't been to this location in over a year because of poor food and service. I regret taking a chance on it again.

Food was good but its an employee in there she keeps grabbing and touching her glasses while fixing the food. Her coworker told her after I whispered it. Her response was im just touching my glasses. I think she definitely needs to look over food safety practices and customer service because she never changed her gloves.

I really want to like this Surcheros because It’s one of my staples, but here at the dublin location it’s always something. The staff doesn’t seem to care anymore and will have a full conversation with each other right in front of you while you’re the only one in line waiting to order. This past time was the final straw when I got done driving 20 minutes home and found several hairs in my food that were 100% not mine. I called and very politely asked for a refund but the lady didn’t seem to care and said if I came back they could remake it. Why would I want more hairy food? This is the first time i’ve ever felt compelled to leave a review about a restaurant because I don’t care all that much but man every time I go to the Dublin location it’s always something.

Terrible. Over half the order missing. Phone number listed doesn’t work.. can’t leave a voicemail. Tried to contact through social media, still no response. Employee had attitude when husband drove all the way back to get rest of the order. By the time he got home the cheese dip was cold.. the bowls was soggy..

You've to order at the counter. They have a good selection of tortillas. You can get what you like on your burrito or taco. They include chips and salsa with your order. There is a good salsa bar with a ton of choices. The prices are very reasonable. Very tasty stuff. I'd go back.
