Surcheros - Ocala Rd.

Poor customer service. I ordered DoorDash for pick up and when I got there there was a line for the pickup orders but they already had multiple orders sitting out and when I asked the guy behind the counter, who was already over there putting down more pick up orders, if one of them was mine he ignored me and walked away. Then the cashier who noticed what happened stepped over and told me in 2 seconds my order status despite being busy, so I do want to say he was doing a great job. Good food, but I feel like straight up ignoring customers when they’re asking a simple question isn't normal

My first time trying Surcheros and it exceeded my expectations. Good sized portions and nice that they included sauce, salsa, queso etc. with entrees and chips. Giving 5 stars since many other places would CHEAP OUT

1st time here - Sunday lunch. Best thing we had was the Cheese Queso dip and chips. We had a Steak Burrito bowl and a Ground Beef Burrito Bowl. They were out of guacamole ( how does that happen?) and Cilantro Lime Rice.Food was okay, but very plentiful.

The scenery feels and looks like chipotle but of course the tables are dirty because the staff is lazy and rude. They won’t greet you, the short feminine African American man at the front was rude and gave 1 SMALL scoop of chicken rice and beans. My bowl was most made of vegetables. Then at the end the manager was rude and dropped my cup on the counter instead of handing it to me and after all this they had the nerve to charge $30 for that small portion of food. And no water cup too?? Like dang $30 and NO water cup?? I see why the restaurant is like that, management is clearly terrible. Don’t eat here BYE.

Just because it’s busy doesn’t mean you have to work sloppy. Big white kid with the pony tail put his stomach in my burrito. Sloppily made my wife’s tacos. I will no longer visit this location. Terrible service with the cashier. Exactly 7:16pm Sunday Jan.25th. Terrible terrible service.
