This was hands down one of the most infuriating food experiences I’ve had in a long time. The Surcheros in Statesboro has completely fallen apart, and this order proved it. I ordered veggie nachos with SW rice, black beans, green onions, squeezed lime, sour cream, guacamole, grilled vegetables, pico, banana peppers, black olives, red onions, yellow onions, and spicy garlic salsa. What I received barely resembled my order. There was NO sour cream, NO guacamole, NO squeezed lime, NO black olives, and NO green onions. On top of that, instead of the spicy garlic salsa I clearly ordered, they gave me mild. That alone ruined the entire dish. How do you mess up THIS many ingredients on a fully customizable order? The customer service was amazing as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. The workers greeted me at the door, and a great job taking my daughters and I order. We loved how fresh everything was, especially the pico. We will definitely be back soon!

The service at this establishment has taken a nosedive. I placed a mobile order at 6:39 and did not receive the food until 7:12. In fact, the food was not even started until I pulled up at the window at 7:00 and told them my name. When I go inside, the service matches the drive-thru experience. Workers refuse to make eye contact so they don’t have to give service, there is palpable tension in who will begin the order, and most of the time, there is 0 friendliness within the transaction. Half of the tortilla cups are either stale or bendy/ not crisp and both of the salsa cups were only half filled. I am supremely disappointed in how this business has fallen, given that it’s one of the very few fresh/healthy food options Statesboro has. Considering going back to Chipotle because of how bad

The food was great, and the manager was very attentive taking time to talk with customers and genuinely engage with everyone. The staff was also excellent. This is exactly the kind of establishment and customer service Statesboro needs. And their house-made sweet sauce is amazing!
