Surcheros - Woodstock/Hickory Flat, GA

This was my first time ever eating at this restaurant and it was such a an amazing experience! The customer service was extraordinary! The cleanliness of this establishment is better than any other food location around it! I will recommend this restaurant to everyone I know! Can’t wait to come back!!

Food tastes fine, but almost every aspect of our order was wrong. Wrong meat in my husbands bowl, no guac in mine, no side of queso that we ordered and about 5 chips in each bag. I get that this location just opened but… come on.

Finally checked it out and it was awesome! My only little nitpick is eating a bowl with paper on the bottom because the paper tears and I had to fight to make sure that I didn't accidentally eat paper lol yes small little nitpick but the food was great, fresh and clean.. employees were friendly and great and I love the salsa bar. Overall A+

It was our first visit, and we were well-pleased with the friendly, competent staff and the delicious food we ordered. I noticed that several ingredients in our order were placed on the hot grill, and the wait was well worth it. The chips were very fresh, warm, and crisp and were a great cost benefit--every person's order comes with chips and salsa. The ingredients in our burritos, tacos, and bowls were distinctly fresh and flavorful. Also, the salsas, hot sauces, and fresh lemon and limes were diverse, plentiful, and delicious, too. We will be back and hoping for the same quality visit we experienced today!

Service is a little on the slower side but I’m thinking that is directly related to how great the quality is of the food. I was hesitant to come here because of the reviews about everyone working here being younger and clearly learning at a brand new location….I’m so glad I didn’t listen to their criticism… Everyone employee, although young seemed super calm, professional and nice during our experience. Everyone in my family agrees this is better than Moe’s or Chipotle.
