I was lucky to be able to drink Surj coffee when Shahe did a pop up as part of the Palm Springs Film Festival’s lounge. The smell of the coffee was as good as the taste. I add cardamom to my coffee at home, but I never attain as rich a flavor as his brew. Luckily, you can even order his specially roasted beans. I can’t wait until he has his own place full-time. I have always wanted to try Armenian coffee, taught the closest was Riverside but I found this gem in Palm Springs. The coffee was delicious, smooth, rich, and bold taste. A must try for coffee enthusiasts!
