Sushi Prince

Overall, it is your typical neighborhood sushi place, nothing more or nothing less. Food - The fish tasted fresh but the quality of rice was not great. The rice was flaky and longer than the finer sushi grade short or medium grade rice. Completely understand the subpar quality in the rice for pricing. They also didn’t use the shari, vinegar rice, to add for overall umami. At least it wasn’t mushy like some neighborhood sushi place. Service - since it’s nearby George Mason, they seemed to have hired some college kids to serve. They have zero situational awareness and come by occasionally when called to fill your water or grab your check. I don’t hate it but won’t be back. The competition is too strong around here.

I had an excellent experience at Sushi Prince. The quality of the sushi was outstanding—fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and it shows in every dish, from the perfectly seasoned rice to the creative specialty rolls. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to offer recommendations, making the whole visit feel welcoming. The atmosphere was clean, comfortable, and stylish, perfect for both a casual meal and a special night out. Overall, Sushi Prince delivers top-tier sushi at a great value. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for delicious, high-quality Japanese cuisine!

Sushi lunch portions are not so filling; I'd rather pay more to get variety on the menu. I guess I should've ordered a few more items with the lunch menu to be more filling. Sushi fish was good quality, but the rice wasn't the greatest. Also sushi menu called "princess" felt bit over priced. I felt bad for the owner because it seems like even if the owner gives the right guidance to the servers and gives them the right cues, they don't seem to have the capabilities to execute. Although they were nice, they seemed out of place.

Great experience at Sushi Prince. Everyone is very friendly and they do a great job of greeting you hello and goodbye 💕 My boyfriend and I met here a couple years ago so it is a very intimate and sentimental place for us. We value the service and delicious rolls and nigiri. My only little dissatisfaction was the hot sake, it wasn't hot enough each time we ordered it. Next time I will just have to ask them to heat it longer. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience 🥰

In love with the Chirashi bowl , so good. Sushi was fresh , customer service was great will be back !
