Sushi PURE

I dropped off my tax docs at the CPA today, and had to stop and get a bite somewhere. Sashimi sounded good, so decided to stop at Sushi Pure since it was close by. Nice interior, and was waited on quickly. My waitress brought water, and took my order for green tea. It came quickly, a full mug, and a lovely little cast iron teapot with a second serving. Good tea, too! I ordered the nine piece Hamachi sashimi (on a diet... no carbs, lol)! I was brought a six piece... and let the waitress know that. Told her the six piece would be fine for now. Lovely presentation, and the hamachi was beautiful. Fresh too, no fishy odor and the color was good. It was delicious. I would eat here again!

We love the sushi and other items on the menu. This was for my wife's birthday and we got a variety of items to go, and enjoyed them at home. We got sashimi, Nigri, and a couple of rolls. Creative ingredients paired on the rolls, the sushi and sashimi were fresh tasting and great textures. We ha e eaten in their dining room as well and love the vibe. Our favorite Sushi place in Eugene.

This place was fun and so yummy! I loved my spider roll and my sister had the teriyaki chicken. Perfect for a date night. We'll be back!

This sushi is unique and wonderful! The fish is very fresh and perfect. My spouse and I live in another town but we love Japanese food and this is our favorite restaurant in Eugene!
