I’ve tried every Indian restaurant in Providence, and nothing comes close to Swad. The flavors, the aroma, the perfect spice — the authenticity is unmatched. They truly deserve to be far more popular. And yes the ambience is beautiful!!

Amazing Indian food! Super authentic Lamb Saag and just a wonderful atmosphere and service by both our waitress and the owner who stopped by our table. Definitely coming back for more!

Wow. Like so many wows . Fabulous flavors. I see why my daughter has the lamb every time she comes here. I have to bring my husband. Perfect lunch size/price. Think my mouth will be happy for a long time after this!!!

SWAD Should stand for Service, Warmth, Ambiance, Deliciousness. My wife and I vistited for our first time for lunch. We ordered the Chicken Momos as an app, the tomatoe chutney was FANTASTIC! The "dumplings" were stuffed full and absolutely delicious! We ordered 2 of the drinks on the specials menu, the Nojito (no alcohol) and the Chai iced tea, both were wonderful and refreshing, the Chai ice tea had immense flavor. We ordered the lunch Chicken Korma and Mango Korma, with butter naan. The Chicken Korma was absolutely delightful, I tried my wife's Mango Korma, it was also full of flavor, she loved it. Our waitress was Nirajan, she was attentive and kind, our food well was timed which we appreciated. We will most definitely be back and frequent customers. Such a wonderful little gem to have

This is easily the best restaurant in the area. The staff is friendly; the food is top tier with perfectly sized portions. You won't be disappointed.
